625°f Clear Rtv Gasket Maker Is A One Part Silicone Sealant That Cures To Form A Durable Rubber Seal That Offer Excellent Adhesion, Heat Resistant For Glazing And Joint Sealing Application.

- High Temperature Resistant Gasket And Joint Sealing
- Sealing Of Industrial Ovens
- Forming In Place Gasketing Applications
- Assemblies Of Glass, Porcelain Coated Metal, Epoxy And Polyester Panels, Polystyrene, Anodised Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Finished Metal Surface And Finished Wood. We Recommend Preliminary Compatibilty Tests Prior To Application To Achieve Desirable Results
Not Recommended For:
- 625°f Clear Rtv Silicone Is An Acetic Acid Curing Silicone And Is Not Suitable For Use Where The Acetic Acid Component Will Corrode The Base Material
- Not For: 625°f Clear Rtv Silicone Is Not Paintable
- Not For: Pe, Pp, Ptfe And Bituminous Surface
- Not For: Parts In Contact With Gasoline
Application:
- Remove Old Gasket Material From Surfaces Throughly
- Clean Surface With Residue-free Solvent And Allow Surface To Dry
- Cut Nozzle To Desired Size
- Squeeze Tube To Form A Continous And Even Bead To The Perimeter Of Mating Surface And All Bolt Holes
- Tool Within 5 Minutes
- Tightened To The Required Torque, Do Not Overtighten
- Clean Off Excess Sealant With M.e.k. Or Toluene
Curing Time:
- 625°f Clear Rtv Silicone Sealant Will Tack Free In Approximately 30 Minutes And Will Cure To A Depth Of 13mm Within 7 Days. Longer Curing Time May Be Necessary In Dry And Low Humidity Area
Storage:
- Material Should Be Stored In A Dry And Cool Place Between +50c To +300c
