PENTENS T-800 is a ready to use rich blend of special cements and chemical in single part dry powder form needing only the addition of clean water to produce an ultra fast setting mortar.

USES
PENTENS T-800 is suitable for the patching
works with clearance of 5mm or more, such as:
- Stopping leaks
- Pointing and caulking
- Joint
- Patching mortar and concrete
- Cavities
- Gaps
- Recesses
- Repairing honeycombs
- Anchoring of bolts and brackets
APPLICATION
Surface Preparation
Concrete surfaces should be clean, sound and free from oil, grease, laitance and loosely adhering particles.
Areas to be patched should be cut back to a minimum depth of 15 mm. Where possible dovetail back the edge, do not featheredge.
Mixing
PENTENS T-800 is added to clean wate and mixed either with a trowel or gloved hand.

Application
After mixing, timing is important because of the rapid set the placement time is limited to the gelling period of about 2 minutes. Use hand as necessary until it has achieved initial set.
Cleaning
Clean all tools an equipment with water immediately after use.
